Martcom has been trading for over 15 years, having been founded by Managing Director Martin Beeby in 1993.
Having worked in the industry for some time, Martin initially concentrated on providing solutions to trade, in particularly in the areas of networking and storage. However, before long, he broadened the range of products and services available to our Clients by expanding the product range and introducing a facilities management arm. This was to prove a defining moment for the Company as it was now able to provide a complete solution to the Client, from planning and product supply, through to installation and after sales service.
Our ‘complete service’ approach began to find favour with many end users, SMEs and Corporate organizations. They saw the benefit to them of a single point of contact who would deal with every part of their requirement, whether it be pricing, product delivery, engineering services and project management, and after sales service including on those rare occasions warranty claims and returns.
Through a sustained period of evolution, Martcom has become what it is today – a singular source of quality products and services at competitive prices. Most importantly, it is an organization which has never lost sight of the value of service, dependability, and above all, the value to the customer of being able to talk to a human being
